This 8 Days Challenge (“Challenge”) is run on Rush by Hike app (“Platform”) by Hike Private Limited (“Hike”). By participating in this Challenge, the user agrees to be bound by:

(1) these terms and conditions (T&Cs).

(2) the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines of the Platform available on the Platform and on www.getrushapp.com (all of which are deemed to have been incorporated hereunder mutatis mutandis). - Any violation of the above at any stage of the Challenge may result in disqualification, cancellation of already collected Rewards and further course of action.

To participate in the Challenge, the user should be at least 18 years of age, be competent to contract under applicable law and be a resident of India (other than the following states Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Telangana). 

Only new users i.e. users who have not created their account on the Platform prior to or on the date of commencement of the Challenge will be eligible to participate in the Challenge.

The Challenge allows users to earn rewards in their Deposit Wallet by coming regularly on the Platform during the period of the Challenge from the day of sign up. The rewards shall comprise of sign up bonus which will form part of the deposit wallet, once collected by the user (“Rewards”). The Rewards collected shall be visible on the Platform.

The sign up bonus as part of the Rewards shall stand auto-collected on the first day of sign up in case the user fails to do so. For subsequent days of the Challenge, the user is required to make at least one deposit to be eligible for collecting Rewards as part of the Challenge. The amount of deposit that shall be required to be made shall be dynamic and shall vary on a day to day basis at Hike’s sole discretion.

Rewards can be collected only once per user device. In case multiple accounts are detected for any user, Hike reserves the right to cancel the Rewards corresponding to such multiple accounts.

Participation in the Challenge is voluntary and is free of cost. 

In the event, the user collects the Reward, the user agrees to Hike using his/her name and Hikemoji for marketing purposes, at Hike’s sole discretion.

The duration of the Challenge shall be as solely determined by Hike, and the user can reach out to Hike in case of any queries with respect to the Challenge at support@rushapp.in. 

In case of any disputes of any kind with respect to the Challenge, Hike’s decision will be final.

Hike reserves the right to disqualify an user from participating in the Challenge if any fraudulent activity is identified or if there is any violation of its Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines.

Hike reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add or remove portions of this Challenge or the Rewards or to scrap them in their entirety, at any time without any prior notice.
