• This is a limited period Contest - from 12AM IST, March 23 till 23:59 IST, March 25, 2024.
• The winners of the Contest shall be determined by Hike based on the highest cumulative entry fees collected during the Contest period and will be eligible for a prize ('Prize'). Only the top 20 leaderboard rank holders shall be eligible for the Prize. A game shall be considered as valid, if the user has complied with fair play policy, has not resorted to unfair means or any form of fraud or cheating.
• One rank holder will be eligible for a single Prize and in case of a tie, it shall be Hike’s discretion to either divide the Prize amongst the tie-holders or to use its own discretion and award the Prize.
• Hike Team reserves the rights to disqualify any participant at its own discretion. Under any circumstances, the Hike Team's decision will be final and cannot be contested by the participant.
• Participants who create multiple entries under fake profiles will get disqualified and banned from the app and will not be eligible for the Prize.
• Once the winners are determined, it will be the participant’s responsibility to respond to the message/ outreach, if any from the Hike Team to be eligible for getting a Prize.
• A valid government ID may be requested to verify the participant’s name, address, and age. Failure to provide this information or the participant being under 18 years of age or any breach of terms and conditions will lead to disqualification at any stage.
• Winners must respond to Hike’s request for contact details and their photographs within 24 hours of Hike’s request. Failure to do so will automatically make the winner ineligible for the Prize.
• It is hereby clarified that a participant’s eligibility for this contest does not guarantee a prize.
• The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for a cash equivalent. Only the prize winners can claim the prize.
• The Prize shall be credited to the winner in their Rush winnings wallet or by any other means as determined by Hike. Hike shall not be responsible if any prize is damaged in the course of delivery, and will not be exchanged if damaged during the delivery. Hike shall also not be responsible if the Prize gets lost in transit.
• The duration of the contest shall be as solely determined by Hike, and you can reach out to Hike in case of any queries with respect to the contest at support@rushapp.in.
• In the event a participant wins any prize, the winner agrees that Hike may use his/her name, photograph, Rush Avatar and other details to declare the participant as a winner, at its sole discretion, but is not bound to do so.
• Hike may use the above to promote the contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow. The participant acknowledges that he/she will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such information.
• In case of any disputes of any kind with respect to the contest, Hike’s decision will be final.
• By participating in the contest, the participant will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Hike, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Hike and its services/products.
• The participants shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions governing the Rush platform and in case of any conflict with the terms hereunder, the terms of the Rush platform shall prevail.

The Jeetne Ka Rush Year End Campaign will be run on Rush by Hike app (“Platform”) by Hike Private Limited (“Hike”). By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to be bound by:

• These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
• The Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines of the Platform available on the Platform and on www.getrushapp.com (all of which are deemed to have been incorporated ‌mutatis mutandis). - Any violation of the above at any stage of the Contest may cause disqualification, cancellation of already collected Prizes and any further action.

• Participants should be Indian citizens residing in India, and excluding from any of the following states- Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland and Sikkim.
• Participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participants must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the applicable laws of India and should be above 18 years of age.
• This is a limited period Contest and may have various sub-contests. This Contest will be run from 12AM IST, December 25 till 23:59 IST December 30, 2023, whereas the sub-contests will have varied periods within the above duration. For example, even if the Contest duration is of 6 days, certain sub-contests (as per Hike’s discretion) may be of a lesser duration than 6 days.
• The winners of the Contest shall be determined by Hike based on the leaderboard ranking after the completion of the sub-contests and accordingly, they will be eligible for a prize ('Prize'). One rank holder will be eligible for a single Prize and in case of a tie, it shall be Hike’s discretion to either divide the Prize amongst the tie-holders or to use its own discretion and award the Prize. It is clarified that a participant’s eligibility for this Contest does not guarantee a Prize. Prize, as determined by Hike, shall be given to the eligible winner.
• Hike reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its own discretion in case of violation of its policies or if there is a breach of applicable law by the participant. Under any circumstances, the Hike Team's decision will be final and cannot be contested by the participant.
• The leaderboard rankings shall be determined for each sub-contest on the basis of the following three factors across all valid games played on the Platform: 1. Sub-contest 1: the maximum number of valid games played by the participants during the duration of the said sub-contest as communicated by Hike. 2. Sub-contest 2: the highest winnings during the duration of the said sub-contest as communicated by Hike. 3. Sub-contest 3: the highest entry fees during the duration of the said sub-contest as communicated by Hike. Only the top 6 leaderboard rank holders for each sub contest shall be eligible for the Prize. A game shall be considered as valid, if the user has complied with fair play policy, has not resorted to unfair means or any form of fraud or cheating.

After 3 unsuccessful attempts at contacting the winner via any mode of communication, the Prize will be considered having been forfeited. If the participant is unable to avail or accept the Prize at the time of Hike team’s outreach or even refuses to accept the Prize, then also the participant shall be deemed to have forfeited the claim over the Prize.
• A valid government ID may be requested to verify the participant’s name, address, and age. Failure to provide this information or the participant being under 18 years of age or any breach of terms and conditions will lead to disqualification at any stage.
